Success over Failure

There are plenty of example of success after failure. but i want to discuss both the terms here. Success is an mixture of hard work, focus, determination.as for failure is an mixture of loss of aim and focus due to some distractions in life.But whats important is standing up after falling and not to loose the will and having self-realization that I can do it all over again and I will succeed rather then losing hope,taking stress or depression.it may be a failure in academics, loosing job etc.Due to which some go under depression, loss of temper, thinking repeatedly about the failure.Family and friends should play an important role in such times making them believe that they can do it again, bringing back their focus and confidence, act as if nothing as happened, distracting them from thinking about failure, keep motivating them etc.this helps one achieving the success all over again as so much positivity makes them energetic, motivated and then the hardwork and focus pays off.

Suggestions:
  • Firstly, for those who cannot deal with failure, I reccommend them to see a Counsellor or Psychologist they will suggest you theraphy which will help you to overcome the stress and also help you to gain that confidence and focus.
  • Secondly, never fear or loose hope because of failure move forward and start putting more efforts, keep trying.
  • Thirdly ,all i can say is failure makes one more strong and capable of facing & dealing any crisis and Believe in yourself that you Can. Never stop Trying!

Has ageing became a stress buster for women?

Today's world for women is more colourful, trying to be open minded, trying different things looking after household and also been independent want to work keep mind steady none was there before as we all know .So when they start feeling succeeded and they start feeling that they can do anything which is great but then the next step for them is beauty as being a women we all go to parlours pamper ourself which is needed for all women till here its great. I personally feel all women are beautiful if they feel from inside but then some start feeling so conscious about themselves as they want to look young and fit for which they try this ageing creams, back in their minds they feel this is end of the world so now some women go under knief this is so absurd.This is all the way women think about themselves which is psychologically harmful.

Suggestions:
  • This is to all women that changes are bound to happen as you grow old and you have to accept it in a good way i know very easy to say but this is the fact and we all have to face it.
  • Secondly, mostly this is all due to stress about family children which affects are health so try to slow down join some activity now all women do it i don't have to say it but this is for those who haven't but never go by plastic surgery as it may be dangerous for you and also this anti ageing creams they contain lots of chemicals which is also harmful for your skin .
  • Talk to a Counsellor this will help you feel good and help you manage stress find solution as you are been heard .
  • Have healthy diet eat right.
  • I always recommend yoga as a Counsellor it does miracles for your skin and mind help you to slow down your stress too.
  • Last but not least feel good about yourself always.

Stress Among people in Today's World

Today I want to talk about the Stress which is taken by many people around the globe which of course affects their health & minds. Stress is taken by us it does'nt come automatically and when it enters it makes a home in us which is'nt easy for some people to overcome quickly. i do understand that now world is moving so fast due to which people wants to do their best it their worlds of profession and want to come up to that level of the fast growing world and i don't have an offence in it.What my concern is as a Psychology student is the Health and Minds.Some people are becoming so Short tempered, lack of sleep due to work or targets given, no excercise, no enjoyment of the present life, family meetings become less or attention towards family becomes less.I agree every hardwork is done for betterment of their family but if we dont enjoy ourself  then whats the use of all this hardwork or not been their for our family,friends.

Suggestions:
  • Firstly never think in an extreme because thinking too much opens door to stress.start thinking for solutions rather then what may happen by this by that.
  • Sleep atleast 7 to 8 hours which is said to people all the time but still its nt applied but if you don't den the outcome is harmful for health and mind.
  • Give time to family by taking them out on weekends talking with them ,taking interest on what is going in family been their for them this will make u also feel Fresh and Good.Also i want to add up hangout with friends too it also plays an important role have reunions but don't get carried away.
  • Meditation is must for those who gets or has turned short tempered due to work. 5mins meditate with positive thoughts it will refresh you.
  • Counselling therapy if your stress is increased and its affecting people around you.
  • Excercise or yoga 10mins atleast should be done your mind and health needs attention too.

Unruling Behaviour Of Teenagers Today

Today i feel and see most of the teenagers around me have this unruling behaviours. the first most observation is nowadays you see this teenagers have become more moody , lazy and demanding. secondly they have become more self-centered thirdly their want and needs hav increased. The question arises wt is the reason behind all this cycles of teenagers or you can say "Unruling Behaviour of teenagers today? first Psychological reason I see is the Parents themselves as they fullfill their wants and needs.Most of the parents are working so it becomes hard for them to pay attention on their child or not be able to give that quantity of time.But i wont fully blame parents for it.Second reason is of course Television and Media- some Teenagers try to imitate what they see on Televisions.Television and Media should know What to show and what to not because today s Media has become so open about things that it does'nt take a minute for teenagers to grab it and applying in their life.

Suggestions:
  • Firstly parents should be alert of what their child is doing or whats going on with him/her parents should have talk with them.parents should give as much attention on their child or spend quantity time with them.
  • Nowadays parents buy this expensive mobile phones to their child as for their safety but some children misuse the use of the phones.parents or teachers should also keep attention on that also.
  • They should be taken to Counselling sessions which should be held by every school once in a month
  • Teachers should also play an active role in a child's life.

Personality

For laypersons, the word personality is often understood in terms of being good looking , attractive or smart. they go by the impression created by the person concerned. The ability to talk or the way of presenting our self in addition to being good looking make others say that this person has a good personality well i often think as m persuing masters that from all this the word good looking persons can only create so called "magic" in between people?? i have seen pupil who are'nt  good looking enough but they have ability to face pupil by their speech or talks most important is the way you present your self their s nothing to do with good looks.
