Stress Among people in Today's World

Today I want to talk about the Stress which is taken by many people around the globe which of course affects their health & minds. Stress is taken by us it does'nt come automatically and when it enters it makes a home in us which is'nt easy for some people to overcome quickly. i do understand that now world is moving so fast due to which people wants to do their best it their worlds of profession and want to come up to that level of the fast growing world and i don't have an offence in it.What my concern is as a Psychology student is the Health and Minds.Some people are becoming so Short tempered, lack of sleep due to work or targets given, no excercise, no enjoyment of the present life, family meetings become less or attention towards family becomes less.I agree every hardwork is done for betterment of their family but if we dont enjoy ourself  then whats the use of all this hardwork or not been their for our family,friends.

Suggestions:
  • Firstly never think in an extreme because thinking too much opens door to stress.start thinking for solutions rather then what may happen by this by that.
  • Sleep atleast 7 to 8 hours which is said to people all the time but still its nt applied but if you don't den the outcome is harmful for health and mind.
  • Give time to family by taking them out on weekends talking with them ,taking interest on what is going in family been their for them this will make u also feel Fresh and Good.Also i want to add up hangout with friends too it also plays an important role have reunions but don't get carried away.
  • Meditation is must for those who gets or has turned short tempered due to work. 5mins meditate with positive thoughts it will refresh you.
  • Counselling therapy if your stress is increased and its affecting people around you.
  • Excercise or yoga 10mins atleast should be done your mind and health needs attention too.
